when will my order be shipped?
all pinkcandy orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
how long will my order take to arrive?
all orders within Australia are guaranteed to be delivered within 5 business days after being dispatched (with the exception of some rural and remote area's australia wide as well as parts of WA & TAS which could take between 5 to10 working days depending on the location)
international delivery time ranges between 7-18 business days, depending on the destination.
who is pinkcandy’s preferred delivery service?
we deliver using both australia post and a courier service depending on which shipping method you choose. our couriers require a signature upon delivery. you need to ensure that someone will be available to collect your package. we suggest you use your work address to ensure someone can sign for your package during business hours.
insurance and tracking is available on all deliveries, however this restricts us from delivering to post office boxes as our couriers will not leave the parcel unattended.
for all our express orders we use Australia Post express post service.

unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages within the postal or courier service. however, in the unlikely event that this does occur, please contact us and we will follow up our service providers. if responsibility lies with them, we will claim insurance and re-issue your order immediately.
